Sign-ups that collect the money

Players sign up and pay online from one link. Cap your seats, and when you're full, new players join a waitlist instead of getting a bill. When a seat opens, the next person is invited automatically and gets a set time to pay. The money goes to your own Stripe account, not through ours, and Mahjboard takes no per-payment fee. Stripe's own processing fees apply.

Flex leagues for drop-in crowds

Players pick the nights they can make and claim a seat when they RSVP. Only each player's best scores count, so missing a week never sinks a season.

A team behind the table

Pro shares your leagues with one co-organizer. Studio supports up to 5 editors, so the night keeps moving even when you're not the one holding the phone.

Your partners, on every board

Add a promo for a shop, a class, or a sponsor, with an image and a link. Pin one or rotate through up to ten on your public boards and league emails.

Remove Mahjboard branding

Serve every board from your own domain, and old links keep working. Boards, RSVP pages, payment pages, and score sheets carry your name, not Mahjboard's.

Know who's coming before you show up

Each player gets a personal link to RSVP for every session, with no login and no app. Mahjboard assumes everyone's in, so players only tap when they can't make it.

Mahjboard league settings — league messaging on, players asked to RSVP, and an email reminder set for one day before each session
A player's own RSVP page open in their phone browser — one button to say they cannot make it, with the sessions still to come listed below

Email reminders on your schedule

Send a session's RSVP reminder on demand, or schedule it up to six days ahead. Every player gets their own link, so you're never the one chasing replies.

The RSVP email a player receives — the league's own name and colour, and a button that opens their personal RSVP link

League-wide text messaging

Text your league from the app without handing out your personal number. Every player who has opted in gets it on their own phone, from your own Mahjboard number.

Mahjboard message composer — a league-wide text ready to send, with the recipient count and the month's remaining text allowance
The same message arriving as a text on a player's phone, sent from the organizer's own Mahjboard number rather than their personal one

A co-organizer by your side

Share your leagues with one co-organizer. They sign in with their own Apple ID and help run the night, so it's not all on you.

Run the night.

The whole evening, step by step.

One screen for league night

Mahjboard delivers the entire checklist for running each league night from a single screen. Follow the steps and each card collapses down to a quick summary so you always know what's next.

Mahjboard's Play hub at the start of a league night — Check attendance, Seat the tables, and Set the playing pace, each an open card with its own action
The same night further along — the finished steps folded down to one-line summaries, with Score the night open at 8 of 12 scores in

Fresh tables every session

One tap builds the night's tables. Mahjboard remembers who's already played together and mixes each session's pairings for variety, or groups tables by skill level. You're free to move anyone, sit a player out, or reshuffle the pairings.

Mahjboard table seating — players grouped into named tables, open seats marked, built for the night in one tap
The same screen with a player's menu open — move Brandi to another table with an open seat, start a new table, or sit her out

Keep everyone on time

Set how long the night runs and how many games to aim for. Mahjboard splits the time evenly, nudges you at each checkpoint, and keeps the countdown visible in the app and on your lock screen.

Mahjboard pacing — session length and number of games, working out to 24 minutes each, with timers set to start automatically
Mahjboard's pacing timer on an iPhone lock screen — 24 minutes left on the last game, with a nudge to wrap up game four

Never chase a score again

Tap the evening's scores in, or let them come to you. Players can submit their own, and one submission can cover the entire table. Every score waits for your approval before it counts.

Mahjboard score approvals — a whole table's submitted scores pending review, approved or rejected in one go
Mahjboard score entry — a table's four players with a number pad, each marked played, sub, or absent

Share the joy.

The night doesn't end in the room.

  • Social Reels, Stories, and Posts
  • Weekly Highlights

One link for the entire season

Every league gets its own public page to share by text or QR code. Players just tap and the live board opens—no app to install, no account, no password. They can look themselves up and see their weekly scores all season long.

Ready to post before you pack up

Finish a session and quickly turn it into a shareable Reel, Story, or Post. Add your own photos from the night to each card and download the results directly to your camera roll.

Highlights that pick themselves

Mahjboard picks out the highlights from each week when you wrap up so you can see the week's winner, the biggest climb, any new leaders, personal bests, and new league records.

Your brand on every page

Add your logo, colors, and website once, then pick the leaderboard style that fits your league. Every board you run wears it, and if you host at a lounge, studio, or shop, it points players right back to you.

A setup that walks itself

Creating a new league walks you through building your roster, setting your schedule, and confirming how scoring and seating should work. You'll get a plain summary of every setting before you choose to officially open the doors.

  • Activity Log

Standings that rank themselves

View the live leaderboard at any time, or pick any past session to see the board as it stood that night, each player's score, and how the tables were seated. Your brand's colors mark the top three spots and an arrow shows who's trending up or down.

It remembers so you don't have to

See the range of skill levels across the league and keep tabs on overall attendance trends to see if you can oversell the next event. A running activity log records every change so you have the full history of what happened.

One app. Three ways to run your league.

Every plan seats the tables, keeps score, and shares a live board. Pick the one that matches how far your league goes.
